We accept checks and money orders by mail. Please note that orders cannot be processed until we have the check or money order in hand. |
| School Purchase Order: |

Fax your purchase orders to 800-324-3884 or mail them to P.O. Box 577, Arlington Heights, IL 60006. Setting up a new account through your school or district is easy: just send us the purchase order via fax or mail, and that's it! Once your account is set up you can continue to fax or mail purchase orders, or you can call them in. If your school or district requires purchase order numbers to appear on all paperwork, please have that number ready when placing your order. |

We also extend credit to music booster clubs, and setting up an account is easy. We need the following information: the billing and shipping addresses as well as the names and daytime phone numbers for the band director as well as the booster president and treasurer. Simply fill out this PDF, print it on school letterhead and fax or mail it to us. Once we verify the information, the account will be set up (typically within the same business day). |
