The winner will be chosen at random and announced via live drawing on the McCormick's Facebook page on July 23, 2024 at 4:30pm CDT.
The director of the winning ensemble will be contacted to select microphones. HyperVox will ship by regular ground within two business days of microphone selection and address confirmation.
Eligibility, Terms, & Conditions
This sweepstakes is open only to public, private, and chartered high schools in the continental United States with at least 500 students enrolled between grades 9-12 and an active marching band program with at least 25 members. The person who enters the school in the drawing must be an employee or agent of the school or district, a legal resident of the United States, and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
This sweepstakes is not open to individuals, students, middle or elementary schools, or independent (non-scholastic) groups. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of McCormick's Group, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter or win.
