Shipping & Returns


Most orders ship out within timeframes shown in the availability field on each product page. Custom products will ship as soon as production is complete. Times may vary during peak season. Email or call us if time is critical or if you would like to check stock before ordering.

Ground shipping time usually takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location.  While a shopping cart may indicate a carrier (such as UPS), we may use any common carrier at our option, including but not limited to UPS, USPS, and FedEx.  Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central time will be processed the next business day.

Some items will be shipped directly to you from their manufacturer and may arrive in separate boxes. Because of this we do not always have immediate access to tracking information.

We know that sometimes products need to be returned. Please contact us by phone or email to receive return instructions. If we shipped the wrong product, we will correct the mistake as quickly as possible at our expense.

If you wish to return a product for other reasons, we will take back merchandise in new and unused condition only up to 30 days after you receive your shipment. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Some products may be subject to restocking fees. Refunds will be processed according to original form of payment and will be for the value of the product only (i.e., shipping charges are not refundable).

We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order products unless defective.
