LIMITED WARRANTY

Your new Performancewear pieces have been meticulously engineered, designed, and produced in the USA. Every piece is reinforced in high-stress areas and undergoes a rigorous quality inspection by hand before shipping. If in the unlikely event that a McCormick's Performancewear piece contains defects in design, materials, or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge for three years following the initial purchase. This warranty covers all standard McCormick's Performancewear pieces on standard fabrics, and excludes items with customized physical construction (seams, stitching, embellishments, cutting, non-standard fabric, etc.). This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; damage caused by stains, soiling, burns, accidents, abuse, alterations, or incorrect or inadequate maintenance and care; dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse; hazards such as fire, theft, flooding, mold, etc.; damages incurred during transportation or consequential damages of any kind. McCormick's makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser. In accordance with the terms of this warranty, McCormick's will repair or replace at its option any covered Performancewear piece that is proven to be defective. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days from the time a defect becomes apparent. The buyer must notify McCormick's in writing and include the original sales invoice. Pictures may be required to claim defective merchandise.

USE & CARE GUIDE

With McCormick's ForeverColor™ technology, color won't crack, fade, peel, or bleed under normal use.

You can confidently machine wash and tumble dry our performancewear garments. We recommend turning them inside out before washing. Non-chlorine bleach is safe to use when needed.

Grass and other stains are best removed with commercial pre-soaks or sprays. Do not scrub these areas. Do not attempt to remove other types of stains with chemicals, as they may affect the colorfastness of the material.

We recommend avoiding contact with abrasive surfaces such as brick and concrete.

Improper handling can result in damage to the garment and is not covered by our warranty.

If in the unlikely event that a McCormick's uniform contains defects in design, materials, or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge for ten years following the initial purchase. This warranty covers all standard McCormick's uniform pieces on standard fabrics, and excludes items with customized physical construction (seams, stitching, embellishments, cutting, non-standard fabric, etc.). This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; damage caused by stains, soiling, burns, accidents, abuse, alterations, or incorrect or inadequate maintenance and care; dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse; hazards such as fire, theft, flooding, mold, etc.; damages incurred during transportation or consequential damages of any kind. Performers should avoid contact with rough surfaces, such as brick, concrete, Velcro, etc., to increase longevity. Improper garment care can result in permanent damage to your Marching Uniforms.

FOR MARCHING TOP, BIBBER, ARM BANDS, SIDE and HALF CAPE:

FOR SHAKO COVER:

Spot treat and wipe clean with a damp rag and hang to dry. Iron on a low to medium setting and store flat. DO NOT machine wash. DO NOT use bleach. DO NOT use harsh detergents. DO NOT dry clean.

Improper cleaning or drying can result in the fading or bleeding of colors and is not covered by our warranty.

FLAGS

LIMITED WARRANTY

Your flags have been meticulously engineered, designed, and produced in the USA. Every flag also undergoes a rigorous quality inspection by hand before shipping. If in the unlikely event that a McCormick's flag contains defects in design, materials, or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge for one year following the initial purchase. This warranty covers all standard McCormick's flags that habe been designed and engineered by us, and excludes flags with seam locations and/or fabric choices we advise against. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper cleaning/drying, or evidence of excessive wear and tear, such as snags, grass stains, footprints, holes, tears, etc.

USE & CARE GUIDE

We highly recommend the use of practice flags for daily use to protect your show flags from the rigors of daily rehearsal.

If flags become wet, be sure to hang dry each flag individually. DO NOT STORE FLAGS WET! Do not wrap or roll wet flags to avoid color transfer.

Due to their delicate nature, Lame, Foil, Crepe fabrics require additional caution. Lame is the most delicate ad will shred easily if flags are grounded, come into contact with sharp objects or are caught in the wheels or props or other field equipment. To prevent minor cuts or holes from becoming larger, apply clear fingernail polish or Fray Check to the torn edges.

  • Solid, hybrid & sewn-piece flags must be HAND WASHED in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Hang or lay flat separately to dry.
  • Fully printed flags can be machine washed and tumbled dry.
  • Do not store solid, hybrid, or sewn-piece flags wet or allow different colors to come into contact with each other when wet. Fully printed flags are colorfast.
  • To iron, use a medium heat setting when constant movement.
