McCormick’s is proud to back Rebel with an industry-leading 5 year limited warranty, terms and exclusions of which are as follows:

 

Rebel mixer carts are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 5 years, subject to the following exclusions and exceptions:  normal wear-and-tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse (including but not limited to hitting it with a baseball bat), modifications, improper care, hazards such as fire, theft, flooding, etc.; or consequential damages of any kind.  The 5 year warranty extends to all molded components.  Hardware (such as wheels, fasteners, rack rails, cables, connectors, wiring, etc) will be covered for 1 year.  McCormick’s makes no express warranty whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser.

In accordance with the terms of this warranty, McCormick’s will repair or replace at its option any covered component that is proven to be defective. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days from the time a defect becomes apparent. The buyer must notify McCormick’s in writing and include the original sales invoice. Pictures may be required to claim defective merchandise.  McCormick’s is not responsible for the cost of shipping the cart back to our facility, but we will cover the costs of repairs and/or replacements as well as the return shipping to you.  To request a return authorization for a warranty claim please email us at [sales @ mccormicksnet.com].
